Upskill Academy (hereinafter the “Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the Data Controller of your personal data. We provide English language lessons for children aged 4–6 years (Little Explorers program) at our premises in Hviezdoslavov, Slovakia.

About the Parent / Guardian
• Full name
• Contact details (phone number, email address)
• Address (if provided)
• Payment information (for lesson fees)
About the Child
• Full name and date of birth / age
• Any relevant health or allergy information you choose to share (to keep the child safe during lessons)
• Attendance records and basic progress notes
• Photographs or short videos (only with your explicit written consent)

• Providing English lessons—to register the child, organize lessons, track attendance and progress (legal basis: contract/pre-contractual steps)
• Communication—to contact you about lessons, schedules, payments, or important updates (legal basis: contract / legitimate interest)
• Safety—to be aware of any allergies or health notes you provide (legal basis: vital interests / consent)
• Marketing & social media—photographs or videos of lessons only if you have given clear written consent (legal basis: consent)
• Legal obligations—accounting, tax, and any other requirements under Slovak law (legal basis: legal obligation)
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
• Active students: for the duration of enrollment + 1 year after the last lesson
• Invoices and payment records: 10 years (Slovak accounting rules)
• Photographs/videos used with consent: until you withdraw consent or the child leaves the program

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when necessary:
• Payment processors (e.g., bank or online payment providers)
• Booking platform (Reservio)—to manage lesson bookings
• IT / email service providers (under data processing agreements)
• Public authorities if required by law
